CAGEA was created to help secondary school students explore their strengths, the world of work and their future study and career paths. To put its two main results, the Career Guidance Manual and the online platform, to the test, the consortium ran a piloting phase in real classrooms across all five countries between January and June 2026. Teachers delivered the activities, students took part, and both groups shared detailed feedback through surveys and classroom debriefs.
This Piloting Evaluation Report brings that evidence together. It reports how teachers rated the Manual and the platform, how students experienced the activities, how the results compare against the project’s objectives and target indicators, and what recommendations follow for refining and building on the resources. It offers educators, partners and evaluators a transparent picture of how CAGEA performed in practice and where it delivers the most value.
